Listing is free. We add tools that cut admin work for solo and small practices, and we list only facts we can source: what the tool does, pricing and plan details. Vendors can claim a listing to send corrections and updates.
How review works
- Every submission is checked against the vendor's own pages. We add the tool or update the listing only when the facts are sourced.
- Scores are editorial and calculated from published facts (methodology). Claiming a listing, paying or advertising never changes a score, ranking or approval.
- We may decline tools that aren't a fit for healthcare practice admin work.
Fast-track review
Listing is free and always will be. If you want a decision sooner, a fast-track review is a one-time payment.
- Reviewed within 3 business days.
- Payment never affects a tool's AIOP Score, ranking or approval. Fast-tracked tools go through the same checks and facts standard as every listing.
- Refunded if the tool isn't eligible for listing.
